After the joint activities carried out as part of the TANGRAM project, the capacity of the organization to implement local actions was built. The information points that have been set up will show all existing and potential tourists who want to visit this National Park all the touristic, natural and historical heritage as well as other offers of Fruška Gora as a National Park.
Cross-sectoral cooperation
One of the results of local action is the gathering of all relevant institutions, civil organizations and experts related to a particular park. All of them gave many useful inputs to improve the conditions. We raise awareness of the importance of this intersectoral cooperation and create conditions for the development of this communication.
New aspects of action Guidelines
A set of guidelines has been set on how to promote the Local Action Plan and how to implement a specific action. Together we found new ways of acting. This new way should go in a more sustainable direction and promote other positive aspects of the parks, not only for recreation and display of cultural heritage, but to have educational aspects and raise the awareness of visitors about environmental protection.
Sustainable tourism event
Sustainability is very important in every aspect and in every sector. As for open spaces that are public, we have an even greater responsibility, but also the problem of making these spaces sustainable. Learning from other countries in the region how to improve sustainability was one of the main goals and results for implementation in the Nišava region. A local event was organized to exchange experiences with other neighboring countries and areas.
Info points located in the National Park Fruska Gora
After setting up 4 info points, people who decide to visit Fruška Gora will be able to see all the places and localities that are interesting to tourists in one place. The map inside the info points is partly interactive so that potential users can choose the most important visit in different fields such as tourist sites, monasteries, lakes, spas, hotels, cycling routes, walking routes, etc. After choosing their place, they can see the bus map of that route.
