Telašćica is a nature park located on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, in the region of Dalmatia. The park is situated on the southeastern part of the island of Dugi Otok and it covers an area of around 17 square kilometers. It is known for its beautiful coastal landscapes and rich biodiversity.
One of the main attractions of Telašćica is its stunning coastline, which features a variety of cliffs, coves, and beaches. The park is home to several protected bays, including the Telašćica Bay, which is considered one of the most beautiful bays in the Adriatic Sea.
Telašćica is home to a small island called "Donji Školj" where a colony of feral donkeys lives. It's a protected area and visitors can take a guided tour to visit the island and learn more about the donkeys and their habitat.
The park is also home to a rich array of plant and animal life. The coastline is characterized by Mediterranean vegetation, including olive groves, pine forests and macchia.
